We are very excited about our radio show guest speakers tomorrow. Our radio show, "Creating Wealth Through Real Estate" airs on AM 1220 at 11 AM Pacific Time and also streams live on the internet anywhere in the world at www.hometownstation.com We will have The Hughes Brothers teaching our listeners and investors about Land Trusts, why they should be used and how to create them. Michael and I have listened to and learned from several people on this subject and until now, have not felt that they would be beneficial to our Real Estate Investing Business. After speaking and learning from Randy Hughes, that has changed. Now that we have accurate and complete information on the subject, we will be using implementing this strategy with our investments and recommend that our investors and listeners do the same. Randy and his brother have over 30 years each of investing experience and personally utilize land trusts in their business. We consider them to be the foremost experts on land trusts and consider them as a valuable asset to our team.

Good news on our Duplex Units in Fort Worth, TX! Our property manager just informed me that her phone is "ringing off the hook" for tenants interested in leasing these units. The units which are set to close in the next week or two will have plenty of tenants to choose from. We only have one duplex left, and I will be flying out next week to locate more lots to build on. We do have two duplex units side by side which already have tenants in place for anyone interested.
