Dallas/FortWorth Trip

Hello All,

Michael and I were in Texas last week working diligently to provide our investors the very best investments possible. Our hottest investment, the Fort Worth Duplex, has been selling very fast and we were there to look at additional lots that we could acquire to build more. We hand picked the lots ourselves to ensure the very best investment locations. There were some lots that we declined on, and others which we loved. It was a most productive trip and we have now acquired more lots to build additional units. We were also on the job site inspecting the duplex units which are currently under construction, and we were very impressed with the quality of workmanship as well as the new added features which include more square footage, wider hallways and doorways for wheelchair access (if necessary and as a potential for an expanded tenant base), as well as new and improved front view elevations. In addition, our builder has agreed to add vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bedroom which will add an even larger open feel to the home. Our hats go off to our builder who is doing an extraordinary and efficient job completing the duplexes and paying attention to quality and details.

We also are in negotiations to purchase a land parcel in Fort Worth which may be used to develop a community of 8 or 9 4-plex buildings. The location is perfect for the rental market and is adjacent to a high school, middle school, retail center, and park with baseball fields. We will keep you all posted on further developments.

Each time we visit the Dallas Fort Worth area, Michael and I take time to visit each of our clients investments and do an exterior visual inspection, take notes of progress in the area, and snap photos which are sent to the investor upon our return. This is just one of the many added benefits of working with Nationwide. We take great pride in the fact that we stand behind our investments and not only do we say that, but we do it!

If anyone has the opportunity to get out to Texas, we highly recommend it. The metroplex is booming and will continue to do so. Our research has uncovered that the "Barnet Shale" (located in the metroplex area) which is the most active natural gas field in North America, will be a large source of population and job growth for the next 50 years. This is exciting news for investors as more and more people come to live in this area.
